The transition women experience in connection with menopause begins as early as her 40s and affects multiple systems in the body: the reproductive system, the central and peripheral nervous system, the cardiovascular system, the gastrointenstinal system, metabolism and body composition. Common symptoms include:

  • Brain fog

  • Depression

  • Vaginal dryness

Every woman's experience with these symptoms is unique, increasing the difficulty of diagnosis and treatment; leaving women feeling frustrated and helpless. In addition, the body's transition to menopause can leave her at greater risk for health conditions like cardiovascular disease, osteoporosis, and dementia. Research on women's health and menopause has received greater attention in recent years offering more insight and some solutions - though more research is needed.

Hot Stuff Coaching is a 1:1 consultative coaching practice, focused on helping women in midlife to proactively invest in their future health and wellbeing while addressing changes associated with menopause in the present. My holistic approach begins with understanding the client's current symptoms, lifestyle habits, constraints, and values/vision. Then together we use the latest research to set and refine goals for nutrition, exercise, and self care behaviors that will alleviate current symptoms and prepare for a full life post-menopause.

  • Resetting nutrition and eating habits at midlife can help reduce the risk of women's health concerns late in life.

  • Self-care includes getting enough sleep, managing stress, and maintaining social connections.

  • Good self-care boosts both physical and mental health, enabling maintenance of nutrition and exercise/movement.

  • A customized exercise program can help prevent and/or manage women's health concerns.

  • Muscle mass begins to decline for both men and women after one's 30's.

  • Strength training is key to maintain or restore muscle mass.

3-month ongoing coaching package (maximum 5, 50-minute sessions)

6-month ongoing coaching package (maximum 9, 50-minute sessions)

Single sessions can be booked after completion of the Starter Package, at an hourly rate.
